Another neighbor down the street, died last week. Only 67 yrs old. She succumbed to an MRSA (staph) infection. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN - she was handicapped, homebound, rarely leaving her home. So how was it possible that she became infected with MRSA!?!
That is the reason I am posting this Note - as a reminder to the public, the dangers accompanying the City of Fresno's water scam as well as the ongoing cover-up. In no way am I accusing or blaming this woman's death on another sewage spill on the block - but neither can I not suspect. Because after I exposed the water scam, including what had been done to the homes and underground infrastructures on this block, with sewage spills leaving a trail of so much illness, infections, respiratory, amputations, deaths - the rectifying of evidence (cross-connected, clamped trash) ensued. Once again using fake work crews, I cannot imagine how this cover-up could possibly be carried out without more discharging of deadly, disease-carrying sewage - where MRSA / staph breeds and spreads via waterborne and/or airborne.
I have repeatedly posted how the City of Fresno and their accomplices get by with this without being found out - from the City of Fresno blatantly lying about the cause behind planned /deliberate discharging of deadly, disease-carrying sewage (as connecting properties are altered without permits/inspections - building, safety, health and environmental code violations), to "planted" and paid-off occupants to participate - and of course their fake work crews who time these deliberate sewage spills to occur when no one is home. Including the homes of their own "planted" and unsuspecting participants.
In my case, since I was home 24/7 as a care provider to Rolf - the City's risk analyst (Rose Miranda) was repeatedly sent out to lie about the cause of several sewage floods on our properties (far more than the 3 on record.) Rolf became so ill - horrific infections - his hospitalizations left no one home as the horrors continued, which explained why his health (already compromised) quickly worsened upon every return home. As this continued, the ringleader replaced my fence. The chemicals being administered to me without my knowledge left me unaware (and worse) of who was behind the ongoing damages / destruction / sewage spills / looting of these properties let alone the revised property lines. Using 8' tall planks, he built the new fence backwards - he did not want the neighbors (participants and/or their children) climbing up or looking over the fence to witness all the sewage spills on my side, which ultimately led to Rolf's death. Because that very process was also being done to these neighbors (and further down) when they were not home, leaving more infections, hepatitis, amputations, and more death.
The ringleader laughed, "No one will ever figure it out." And because these neighbors did not SEE it happen, or know of the trails and evidence of other victims of this man (who they [and I once] trusted), they would not listen to me. All that mattered to them was the payoffs for their participation including their claims that nothing took place - including the reconstruction of their homes as well.
Once the City of Fresno has the revisions on private properties completed, the lines are tied into the City's revised / relocated portion. After having records, aerial views, photos altered to match the revisions - they call their portion an "upgrade" while claiming no knowledge of what was done to private property, let alone the relocation of underground lines. They even deny their own street widening, revisions to property lines, utility poles, etc. that accompany this operation. Look up "historic aerial views" and see for yourself! Or call City Hall to inquire about these changes - but don't be surprised when you are informed that nothing was changed. The office personnel are relying on altered records for information / verification - as they are paid to do. (The field workers along with the City's fake work crews are another story.)
One example before I continue: Countless people know that Olive Ave. (through Fresno's "Historic" Tower District) was widened - it went on for decades, one block at a time entailing all the reconstruction of store-front properties. Unless the owners of these properties went (or forced) out of business, sold out or agreed to allow the massive reconstruction without reporting / complaining - other (horrific) methods were used in clearing and seizing control of the properties so the operation could continue without protest or complaints. Since these changes would be an outrage to so many residents of Fresno, officials had the audacity to inform the public that this would never be allowed - at the same time it was being carried out!
Per the same ringleader mentioned above: "The public believes whatever they are told. They are too stupid to see what takes place right under their noses." Not only did the City of Fresno pull this off without protest, complaints, responsibility and/or admissions of wrongdoing - they prohibited reports / evidence of the accompanying fraud, corruption, arson, ID theft, insurance fraud, homicides and more - as more properties were cleared / taken over. They went as far as to commit perjury and threaten me for exposing what they are running behind closed doors - including the accompanying annihilatons / takeovers.
To this day, regardless of all the witnesses to Olive Ave. being widened - the City of Fresno continues to deny it. And as the decades continue passing by, old timers are replaced with newcomers who are oblivious that things were not always this way. A city entirely rebuilt on top of the revised / relocated sewer, water, gas, electric infrastructures.
In the past I posted many blogs pertaining to mold, asbestos, links to asthma, cancer and more that accompany this operation. For purposes of this Note, however, the focus is on information / links pertaining to staph / MRSA. Found in sewage, it spreads via waterborne and airborne.
Raw sewage is deadly. Two diabetic men (living next door to one another on this block) BOTH had their feet amputated. One did not know he had diabetes until he lost his foot. The other gentleman with diabetes (and hepatitis) died after his foot was amputated. (Their widows are sisters of the recently deceased woman mentioned above - same block.)

IRONIC? Rolf left dead (infections, pseudomonas, and more linked to sewage.) I endured respiratory and excruciating cellulitis of both my feet (photo below.) Next-door neighbor left dead (hepatitis [linked to sewage] AND foot amputation), neighbor next to them, another foot amputation. Neighbor across street died of toxoplasmosis (linked to sewage.) Another neighbor hospitalized, fighting to keep her foot. Much, much more.

The City of Fresno does not allow help. They have been getting by with this for decades. Not only do they deny what was taking place behind all the above illnesses, amputations and deaths - they alter evidence and issue threats if reports / evidence continue being exposed. Hence the ongoing cover-up of evidence, leaving another trail of horrors. Ruthless.
Upon being expose, the City of Fresno committed perjury (proven) then threatened me if I ever reported the horrors again. Then they responded to one of my blogs with sexual harassment.
To my deceased neighbor, I am so sorry. I see your family gathering at your sister's house in such pain and grief. You were loved. My heart is crushed for all of you. RIP, "P."
Of course the trails and evidence leading to and from what took place on these properties continue far beyond - it has been going on for decades. So has the accompanying reports of poisoning, insurance fraud, legal fraud, ID theft, property theft, title company fraud and more. With payoffs for every turnover of property to pull off the water scam, methods of clearing the properties have escalated to heinous annihilations of occupants in order to seize control of properties. This is why the truth behind Rolf's death remains covered up - this mob and their connecting trails of heinous crimes committed against so many (including my other family members and me) would finally be exposed, which local officials / law enforcement will not allow.
